| Description | “Down Slow” is the twelfth track of American musician Moby’s studio album Play, released on May 17, 1999 through V2 Records. It’s one of the six pure instrumentals those can be found on the record, and one of the shortest one, as it lasts just a little more than a minute and a half. Here, the prominent hip-hop drums, whose kick and snare are particularly accentuated, are accompanied by some looped and subdued piano chords as well as by heavenly choir vocals.
